Tickets for SIP events are purchased online at lasip.info through Stripe’s secure checkout, using the payment methods available at purchase (including credit and debit cards). Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT and applicable processing fees.

Annulation par l'organisateur : If the organiser cancels the event, a refund request must be sent within 7 days of the originally scheduled date. After this period, the ticket automatically becomes valid for the next event. If the holder neither requests a refund nor attends the next event, no refund may be claimed. Refunds cover the ticket price and VAT; processing fees remain payable by the purchaser.

Annulation par l'acheteur : No refund is available for cancellation by the purchaser.

Event postponement : If an event is cancelled and no replacement can be offered, the organiser will refund the ticket in full within 30 days. Processing fees remain payable by the purchaser.

Ticket sales are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is Geneva.

Tickets are delivered electronically. Holders must present their ticket at the entrance, either printed or on a smartphone.

The organiser may refuse admission if entry conditions are not met (times, minimum age or inappropriate behaviour), without a refund obligation. Valid ID or a passport may be requested to verify the ticket holder’s identity. The organiser accepts no liability for loss, theft or fraudulent use after purchase.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), buyers’ personal data is processed to manage orders, for internal analysis and, with consent, marketing communications. You may access or correct your data or object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact geneve@lasip.ch.

Purchasing a ticket means accepting the event’s safety rules. SIP events are for people aged 30 and over. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

Transferring a ticket to a third party or reselling it above face value is prohibited. Ticket forgery is illegal and will be prosecuted under Swiss criminal law.
